Winter 2023
This session is held in a small group personal training format. The goal of the program is to create a metabolic environment to support changing body composition. This includes both an increase of lean body mass and reducing body fat. We will focus on compound exercises and will be adjusted to fit all fitness levels.
Focus is on the big three lifts, Bench Press, Squat and Deadlift. Slightly more intense that the Adult Performance sessions.
These sessions are for athletes ages 11-17. Velocity was built on a foundation of the speed program that helped over 50 medalists at the world’s elite levels of track & field. This methodology has evolved as a state of the art system to help any athlete. Strength can help any athlete to be more explosive and resilient against injury. Velocity delivers the right athletic types of strength through specific programs and exceptional coaching.
